Ellerbe Becket, an 色控传媒 Company, renovated this 10,000-seat arena, which it originally designed in the 1970s 鈥� now affectionately known as 鈥淭he Dunk鈥� 鈥� to attract larger regional and national events. Davis Langdon, an 色控传媒 company, provided cost management and value engineering services on the project.
The facelift includes a new entry plaza, seating, concession stands, scoreboard, locker rooms and a pedestrian connection to the adjoining convention center.
As a result of this renovation, the Center has been awarded the first and second rounds of the 2010 Men鈥檚 Division I Basketball Tournament.
