色控传媒 provides a wide range of cultural resources services to Amtrak (i.e., National Railroad Passenger Corporation) helping Amtrak and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) meet Federal regulatory responsibilities under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA).

色控传媒 has worked on over 300 railroad stations throughout the United States supporting Amtrak鈥檚 Americans with Disabilities Act Station Program (ADASP) station improvement projects manage the process of collaborative assessment, design, and construction of physical improvements to provide passengers with barrier-free access to Amtrak鈥檚 intercity rail transportation.
Major components of 色控传媒鈥檚 ADASP responsibilities include extensive historic research and the development of Cultural Resource Information sheets for the stations. 色控传媒鈥檚 Secretary of the Interior-qualified Architectural Historians and Archaeologists review design plans, support consultation with State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) and Tribal Historic Preservation Offices (THPO), and draft Program Comment Documentation Forms. 色控传媒鈥檚 Archaeologists also develop Inadvertent Discovery Plans and Archaeological Monitoring Plans, perform archaeological and remote sensing investigations, and conduct archaeological survey monitoring of construction in sensitive areas.
色控传媒 also provided support on nearly 80 projects nationwide funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which implemented security enhancements at stations, bridges, tunnels, and other related facilities. In addition to consultation support, 色控传媒 conducted architectural history surveys and provided historic preservation guidance from preliminary to 100% design.
Additionally, 色控传媒 has been involved with numerous Amtrak projects at Hudson Yards, a Long Island Railroad maintenance and storage yard near Penn Station, New York, ensuring that maintenance and infrastructure upgrades avoid impacts to significant cultural resources while ensuring uninterrupted service to Amtrak passengers and synergies with other on-going construction and rail operation projects.
